The Life and Times of Admiral Sir Frank Twiss.
Essentially an oral history of an outstanding Naval Officer who achieved much for the lower deck during the post WW2 period told in an entertaining way.
Frank was a Japanese POW survivor following the loss of HMS Exeter at Battle of the Java Sea.

He served on various commands until Flag Officer Flotillas Home Fleet in 1962 and C in C Far East Fleet in 1965.

Retired as Second Sea Lord in 1970.
